Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients in the emergency room
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments to patients
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical information
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Assist in emergency procedures and interventions as needed
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare conditions and treatment plans

Skills:
- Proficient in medication administration, including experience administering injections
- Knowledge of ambulatory surgery center protocols and procedures
- Ability to provide comprehensive patient care across various medical conditions, including hospice palliative medicine
- Experience in ostomy care and management
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills in emergency situations
- Effective health coaching abilities to support patients in managing their health
- Experience in providing care for toddlers in emergency situations
